Celebs, 3D TV and Cars at Nvidia Conference

At Nvidia's first conference in San Jose, NVISION'08, there was something for everyone. On the first day, Tricia Helfer from Battlestar Galactica was on hand to meet fans and talk about bluescreen work. On the show floor were displays of stereoscopic 3D on TVs, Audi's concept designs for new car dashboard interfaces, and the Tegra chipset in prototype mobile Internet devices. Meanwhile, the largest LAN gaming event was taking place to try to achieve a Guinness world record. Senior Editor Darren Gladstone was on hand to check it all out.
