    Strengths: Good color

    Weaknesses: Jams frequently; undoing jams not as convenient as previous models. Copies per minute very poor. The previous model we had, 2430 dl seemed to produce copies faster with infrequent jamming.

    Overall Evaluation: We have only used the unit for two weeks now. Hopefully it will perform better as it is "broken in." At this point, however, I would not recommend the 5440dl. My experiences with previous models of Minolta Magicolor have been so positive.
