    Once I hit the button to place my order it took a very long time for the next page to load. I thought my order didnt process so I called J&R, however, a few minutes late the page finished loading. Otherwise, everything has met my standards.delivery was faster than expected.

    website didnt update immeditaly on shipping notices other than that my expericence was positive

    Not this time you send me e-mail i attempted to sign in the sign in came up filled out with my info and you would not sign me in ?????I attempted several ways to sign in and it would not allow it ???Finally had to re-register to place an order this is not the first time I had to do this.PLEASE RECTIFY!!!!!!!!!!!

    I ordered 2 games and 2 CDs. One of the games was out of stock at the time. That was fine with me. The odd thing is that the two games came in about a week and today, 3 weeks later, the CDs are just now coming to me. Also I used a gift card and it billed my credit card properly but the order status on the site has always had the full price and not the price after the gift card. That worried me until I saw my billing statement. I was afraid that my gift card had not been properly credited.
