Item still has not arrived! after six days, has not left shipper. Scheduled to arrive 9 days after ordering! When I called, I was told that if I wanted it faster, it would be at my own expense! Completely unsatisfactory.

Item over 20 laptops were in stock when credit card order was made. Order was taken and week and a half later when I checked the order had been canceled. Dont understand why? Have reordered from a California store.

The site is easy to use and is well designed. One small thing was the shipment didnt have enough packing materials to stop it from bouncing around during shipment. Fortunately the product itself was packaged adequately.

The order took nearly 3 WEEKS to arrive ( I got an email that it had to be shipped from their Texas warehouse to their Ohio warehouse first, not to my address, and only then forwarded to my address)Then I was unlucky to have to return my merchandise: it was an old discontinued part as the manufacturer told me. To return it, I had to go through a nightmare:1) Call Provantage, wait for 30min on hold. Get told that you need to call the manufacturer and get a case number2) Call manufacturer (Kingston), wait for 20min on hold there3) Call back Provantage with the case number, spend 1 HOUR on hold. An extremely rude representative (spoke to me as if I was a criminal) says that I will receive return instructions via email.4)No return instructions. Called back next day, 30 min on hold. Then a representative says: it may take at least 4 days to get you the return instructions. Or longer- no deadline was given. I said that I would charge it back- he replied- this is your right, sir!
