    Satisfied past experience with Iomega products heavily influenced my purchase. Product reviews for this purchase were good and Iomega has a good reputation for product reliability. Price was competetive.

    The overall experience was flawless for ordering. I rated question #3 as average simply because I was not paying attention to the "in stock" aspect of the product, so I could not recall if it was in stock or not.
