    They are cheating the customer. In pricegrabber, it post free shipping, but it charge S&H.

    This is my fourth order with Amazon.com and have not had any problems. Fast,free shipping and always is delivered on time or before.Will purchase from merchant again.

    Pre-ordered a DVD + purchased one other DVD. Both items arrived in great shape in just one whole business day. The shipment probably would have gotten here sooner (on the exact day of the DVDs release) if not for the lack of mail delivery on Veterans Day. Highly recommended!

    Terrible Amazon.com customer service. Ordered a Webkinz Collectible Plush Stuffed Animals Unicorn sold by ToyWiz for $44.99. Received a confirmation order email on 10-20-08 stating that the delivery estimate was October 24-29, 2008. Noting came in the mail. I called and emailed only to hear that an account specialist would be calling me or emailing me. After a week of that, I received an email stating that my order had not been processed and I could try it again. There was no explanation, no attempt to remedy the error and no way to even respond to the account specialist by phone or email. Terrible. Ill never use Amazon again. I would not recommend Amazon to anyone because you cannot count on them and cannot talk to them to fix a problem.

    I just bought a huge TV from them, and I am so very impressed. They shipped it promptly and for FREE, and it was white glove service. The delivery company got it here several days sooner than promised and they brought the TV all the way into my living room. Not only that, when the TV arrived in town the delivery company called me and gave me the drivers cell phone number so I could contact him that night after hours to arrange delivery for the following day. I am so very impressed. I have spent thousands of dollars at Amazon.com over the years, and overall my experiences have been very pleasant. I am just so happy! :-)

    I always get my books from Amazon, and sometimes use them for other random items to save doing a bunch of little errands around town. Ive never had anything but a good experience with this company, and my latest order was nothing different. Had about 10 books delivered pretty quickly - free shipping too. No issues, no need to ask questions, no nothing (bad, that is). Just a big selection of everything and easy tracking of my order. Ill be back again for sure.

    Ive been buying from Amazon and their 3rd party sellers for at least ten years. In all those years, Ive only had a couple of minor problems, but they have always been corrected quickly and to my satisfaction. Ive purchased everything from vacuum cleaners, to cameras, VCRs, small kitchen appliances, and power tools. And lots of books and movies. Even a couple of pans and a set of dishes!I dont remember that anything was ever delivered broken, but one item was delivered late after I paid for express shipping. Amazon bent over backwards to make up for it.If buyers will read the shipping information carefully, there shouldnt be any surprises in the charges. I use their priority shipping service, which has been really great!Im giving them 5 stars without reservation.

    reading some of the reviews i just had to post being a long time amazon customer of the many orders i have placed with them i have never had an mayjor problems most of the complaints im reading are about shipping and if they would just read whats posted on the screen more carefully they wouldnt of had a problem. myself i will still shop at amazon any time i need an item even if i do hit an order that messes up somehow can happen anywhere .
