I love this company and have always had excellent customer service. The only thing I don\t like is paying shipping, but there prices are so low and the quality has always been good so I can\t complain.

I really liked the way you tried to help me fix my old printer to save me some money, I will look to buy future products from you since you are customer friendly. I was disappointed with the time it took to get my printer, I dont think it shipped until after I inquired as to its whereabouts after a week had passed.

The first time i used the website but it was easy to do. The ink that is in the printer cartridge is not coming out evenly and not dark like it should be.

Their prices were a fair bit under others for brand name Xerox toner. (~25% cheaper) While they also sell "compatible toner" as well, this purchase was for the brand name original Xerox item. On other websites there were some older (year old) complaints about these merchants (as well as some good reviews). Unfortunately, the toner cartridge they shipped had its Xerox labeled seal tape cut and re-taped, with clear package tape. Furthermore the toner box was dated June 2001 (its now Dec 2008). Xerox toner has a 2 year shelf life, _IF_ stored under good conditions. I had selected (and paid for) a new original Xerox cartridge and was worried theyd charge me shipping and their 20% restocking fee.The good news is that yesterday I emailed them and they promptly answered today promptly saying that while they dont know how that had happened, because they had no others in stock, theyd send me a shipping label for return and give me a "full refund."

Website is very clear about status and shipping.**ADDENDUM** Toner cartridge began to fade within 3 weeks of installation. Notified customer service by phone. Customer rep was responsive and courteous. Gave options of replacement and corrected issue.

I was poorly informed that they would not ship to a PO Box. There was no mention of this prohibition on the website. thus it has taken twice as long as advertised to possibly receive my shipment.
