    The price is great. My only concern is that the website image for the product I purchased was the wrong image. However the part number was correct. The image was for a product with the same name but a different part number. I ordered an HP JetDirect 300 print server. There are two different products with this same name but different part numbers the J3263A and the J4101B. I ordered the J4101B as stated in the order however the image shown was the J3263A. Please ship the J4101B as ordered!!!

    VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY THEY GET THE PRODUCTS RETURNED TO THEM AND THEY REPACKAGE THE BOX AND RESELL THE DAMAGED PRODUCTS EVEN AFTER THEY KNOW IT DOES NOT WORK. THEY JACK UP THEIR OVER SEAS SHIPPING DRAMATICALLY AND ROB THE CUSTOMERS WITH THEIR SHIPPING COSTS. WHEN YOU TAKE A 3LBS. ITEM THEY WILL CHARGE YOU ABOUT $10 TO SHIP VIA FEDEX GROUND ABOUT $20 FOR 3 DAY, $30 FOR 2ND DAY, $45 FOR OVERNIGHT AND FINALLY $65 FOR NEXT EARLY DELIVERY. HOW DO YOU GET AWAY WITH CHARGING $65 FOR SHIPPING A 3 POUND ITEM ITS HIGHWAY ROBBERY AND PEOPLE SHOULD KNOW THIS COMPANY IS CROOKS. THEY TAKE THE $50 REBATE FORMS FROM HP MONITORS AND THEY TAKE THEM OUT FO THE BOX AND THEN TURN THEM IN AS THEIR OWN AND FAMILY MEMBERS AND COLLECT ALL THE REBATE MONEY FOR THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF ALLOWING THE CUSTOMERS TO GET THEIR PROMOTIONAL REBATES ...........A BUNCH OF CROOKS WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THESE HIGHWAY ROBBERS AGAIN. MAYBE THIS WILL OPEN THE EYES OF FUTURE CUSTOMERS WHO THEY ARE DEALING WITH.

    With the time zone difference I just needed to talk to someone in person. I know spending 500.00 over the internet is a large amount for me, I would like peace of mind to just be able to talk to someone at the other end of the line instead of a recorded message. Other than that I have no problems doing business over the Internet. Its just a matter of Trust, with everything you hear happening on the internet you kind of want some sense of security just to feel secure in making a purchase.
