    STAY AWAY FROM OFFICETRONICS. I purchased a printer a while ago and I had issues with the printer and wanted to see if I could get an exchange. We went through tech support with Hewlett Packard and over and over had many issues with the printer. I questioned Hewlett Packard if the printer was new and they told me it was refurbished. The unit I purchased from Officetronics should have been new. I was defrauded and scammed by Officetronics. With all the nightmare I have dealt with on this $200.00 printer I decided to just buy a new printer and stay away from Officetronics. At this point do your research I checked online and did a search about Officetronics and found thousands of negative reviews about the company scamming and defrauding consumers. BUYER BEWARE!!!

    printer arrived defective officetronics would not exchange the printer. i had to go through the manufacturer to get the unit exchanged. the service here at officetronics is horrible. what was very suspicious about the original printer that arrived is that it had 400 pages printed on the page count. i am suspecting i was sold a refurbished hp 3050. at this point we need the printer for our office so are just using it. i would not recommend you not to use officetronics. i asked for a refund on my defective printer and was told they only refund you via check and not back to your credit card. BEWARE. Officetronics is a nightmare.

    Product arrived defective. Upon futher investigation and doing a page count found out product was not new as they advertised. Not reputable dealer clear indication this company commits fraud. I recommend you search on the internet about Officetronics before buying from them. Most these positive reviews are bogus. Dont waste your time here they will not refund your money back to your credit card and will only send a check to refund your money. Not reputable outfit. Go with another dealer and safe yourself the nightmare I had indured with Officetronics. There return policy is horrible they will not let you return items unless you demand it and tell them you will dispute the credit card charge. That was the only way for me to get my money back on an item that had serial numbers erased and refurbished stickers removed.

    servce is very poor at officetronics. dont recommend anyone to use officetronics. i recieved a printer that was used and when i called in they confirmed it was new. after recieving the printer i did a test print and it showed that there was 600 pages printed on this machine. i did some research on google about officetronics and was shocked what i cam across. they are well known to do this i suggest anyone buying from these shopping sites to do you own research. after days of arguing with officetronics and being talked down too i finally was able to return the product but they do not issue refunds back to your credit card. beware of this. they will only send a check out to you for a refund and when they did this they shorted me all the shipping costs. all this is not fair since they shipped me the wrong product. DO NOT DEAL WITH OFFICETRONICS. Not worth the headache. Pay a little more and go with someone else.

    The customer service was excellent, they opened me a account and placed my order which was at my door by the end of the week and that is on top of being the best price I could find on the web.

    Website was very easy to use with one exception. After making a couple of selections, the "related items" field no longer appeared. Since I wanted two of the related items, I had to go back a few steps in the process to get the second item #. Other than that, a very comprehensive site with competitive prices.
