    Buyer Beware. This company wont even answer an email after 3 tries. I saw reviews saying they usually dont have the things in stock, and take forever to receive an order. So I emailed them to see if an item was in stock so I could order it, but they never ever responed. No telephone to call, on a message number. Order from this company at your own risk. Worst customer service on the Internet.

    Order has not arrived as of this date. No tracking number received although one was promised. Only customer service phone number is unmanned - must leave a message. This is an unsatisfactory merchant. Take your business elsewhere.

    These people run this company like its a sideline business. Very unprofessional and forget about talking to anyone thats virtually impossible. It took them a week to notify me that the item I originally ordered was out of stock. I wish I had read the reviews on this company before I made a decision to purchase. I would never recommend them to anyone! The so-called tracking # youre given does not work when I try to acces it. (Its been ten days now, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY!!!!

    This website is a TOTAL SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! I placed my order and never received tracking info. I called and emailed with no response. i never received my item and after reading the other comments posted here i went straight to my bank to report it. Thankfully the bank refunded my money.

    My first order was delayed by over a month, but they have good prices. Order from the flash memory store if you dont need to use your item for 6-8 weeks. On the plus side, the SD card I ordered did work, and it was quite inexpensive also.Im writing this follow up 13 days after my second order (I would not have ordered from them again if not for the substantial discount they gave me). The flash-memory-store.com website simply says that my item has been shipped, however there is no information on the USPS site when I enter the tracking code. This is to be expected. My first shipment arrived over 30 days after I placed my order. Also, there is no visible direct phone number on the website. They only have a 1-800 number that is linked to an answering machine, and they do NOT return their messages or e-mails in a timely manner. Dont order from the flash-memory-store if you plan on using your item in the next 30 days!

    I was told 10 days after purchase that 1 item in my order was backordered, I accepted the offered alternative. Then the order was "lost" in shipping. Then they said they would ship again. Over a month later I have yet to recieve anything. I will never do business with this company again.East Aurora School District, Aurora, IL

    Shipped the incorrect item and did not reply to repeated e-mails until 11 days had gone by. They did just send an e-mail yesterday that said they had received the incorrect shipment from SanDisk and would refund my money if I wanted (I had asked repeatedly that they send a prepaid envelope back that I could ship the unopened product back in and they could send the correct unit). Their website to this day still states in plain writing that it includes the SD adapter that I never received. All I want is what I ordered and paid for without any additional hassle or cost, and sooner than 18 days after the original order date for the first response that they will refund me (though I will probably have to pay for shipping). I dont think that is to much to ask.
