Product was ordered 12/22/09. Item was placed on Hold for NINE DAYS to verify address. They never bothered once to call or email. I called this company 12/31/08 expecting at least adequate customer service. I was hung up on the first time. Then transfered to someone who could barely speak English. His only goal was to get me off the phone. I ended up canceling my order. Do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable company. It isnt worth saving a few dollars for this extra hassle.

Credit card was charged even though item was back ordered and discontinued by the manufacturer. I cancelled the order and received an email confirmation the following day. Awaiting credit for charge.

I bought 10 AMV PLF1901 LCD monitors from this merchant...5 failed before the year warranty ended. ACNT refused to replace these items...stating that the company that makes them went out of business, so they will not honor the replace/repair warranty...we even bought the extended warranty from them....flaky merchant....BEWARE....
