    It was easy enough to place my order, but got complicated as the order was processed twice, so I had to cancel the second order omline. I tried to get in touch with the company and was on the phone some 10 minutes (operators \\\\\\\\\\\\

    I received a discount on the transaction but it was very difficult for the system to recognize that a discount had been provided. After much back-and-forth on the chat line, the agent assured me that my CC would be charged less than the receipt amount. Will have check with the cc statement.
