    42nd St. Photo was an XLNT company to do business with, as I scurried to find a Canon HG20 HD Camcorder at a good price, the week before XMas. I ordered on Monday Dec. 15, and they shipped on Tuesday, with the package at my door on Thursday Dec. 18, 2008 UPS 2nd-Day Air. Shipping cost was fair also, less than $20 for a 4-pound camera bundle. "Junior" or John, as he is known, also did me a favor in pricing after-the-fact: the price dropped on their web site from $567 to $545 the day after I ordered, and he adjusted my cost $25 (!), after I filed a favorable review, a good trade if there ever was one! XLNT Deal, service, and extra-special customer service, if Ive ever had any better I cant recall it. 5-stars for this almost $600 camera buy!

    FANTASTIC merchant, I highly recommend them to others who want to save big bucks. I placed an order and they shipped it out the same day. I then received my package two business days later. I suggest you purchase from them as well, we need to support stand up businesses on the net like 42nd street photo. When you add outstanding turnaround and support, this company easily becomes the best value. A+ & two thumbs up. GREAT Service.

    I highly recommend 42nd Street photo to whomever would like to save big bucks. I placed an order over the phone and they shipped it out the same day. I then received my package two business days later. I called in five days later to place another order for my daughter.I requested to speak with the same gentleman that took my order the first time, reason is he was polite. I suggest you purchase from them as well, we need to support stand up businesses on the net like 42nd street photo. When you add outstanding turnaround and support, this company easily becomes the best value. A+ & two thumbs up. GREAT Service. Tom

    i called 42nd street photo to make my purchase because they were the lowest and most honest price i have seen. i called the toll free number and my call was answered in an extremely professional matter. the gentleman who took my order was name is Robert. He told me my order will be arriving at my home in 4 days, instead i arrived in 2. Which was great because i was able to enjoy the camera over the weekend. I would recommend them to friends and family. Very honest and extremely cheap.

    I ordered a new US canon camera body, instead I received a a gray market body that had been pulled from a kit. No Warranty. It clearly states on their website that they will notify you when you are going to receive gray market goods. When the sales rep called to confirm my order, he was pushy and kept trying to sell me add ons. He also stated that the camera came with the canon warranty and since the body is grey market, there is no warranty. Caveat Emptor
