    I finally found a Camera Store on the web in N.Y. that is honest. The lowest price ones do not have it in stock or it is not a complete camera or they give you some other excuse. I do not understand how most of these guys stay open running these scams. It is difficult to find a low price on a sony hdr sr11 that is not a scam of some sort. I think I found the best deal on the web. I spoke with Eric at 42nd Street Camera

    Just bought a SONY HDR-SR12 from 42nd STREET PHOTO.- Prices are really aggressives (The cheapest price Ive found on the internet concerning this item)- They are reactive : From the day I order, I received the merchandise 4 days after while I live in FRANCE, near Paris and everything was in perfect condition.- At least, the customer relationship agent, JUNIOR, is simply GREAT : Hes doing everything to make you feel comfortable and sets everything for the deal to be as smooth as possible. As a customer, Ild like to thank him again for his professionalism.A first and very satisfacting experience with 42ND STREET PHOTO, Ill recommend them to my friends and will for sure do business with them again in the near future.Xavier, FRANCE.

    I ordered a camera online. Later I got a call from shop regarding shipping of camera for confirmation. Shipping was very fast (within 2days) even it was regular shipping, although I was expecting 7-10 days. I received the same product as expected in factory seal package. Now I am using the camera and I am very happy with that. Thank u 42photo.

    When I decided to order my Nikon D300 I made sure to call the merchant and specificaly ask if the camera at the price I was ordering was a grey market camera. I was told no it came with the Nikon warranty. I went ahead an ordered the camera online. I paid for over night shipping. It took them six days to get the camera to me. They ended up cutting the cost of the shipping. Once received the camera opened it to find that there is no warranty card. I called the company and to my surprise I had gotten a grey market camera. They tried to tell that it was the North American Version and that the US version is another $150 (I think thats how much extra). So I then had to order a 5 year extended warranty through them because they offered me a price break after a very angry phone call from me. So all in all I would not buy from this company again and I would strongly dicourage any else from doing so unless you are ok with a grey market camera.

    I found your product on a shopping service site, when i clicked on the link it took me directly to the product i was in inquireing about. The checkout process over the phone went so smooth that I was on and off the phone in approximately 4 minutes. i chose 42nd street photo because their site was efficient and of course you had one of the best prices I have seen all over the Internet. Thanks for the quick shipping, and extremely super nice customer service.
