    Dear 42nd Street Photo. I just wanted to let you guys know that your store is going to be the first place I look for any photo equipment that Im going to buy in the near future. The first time I had dealings with your organization I came into your showroom in NYC and everyone there was friendly and attentive. My most recent purchase was on line and not only was I blown away by the price of the item I was buying, but I was extremely happy that shipped out my product the same day as ordered. Its very comforting to know that you guys are taking the time to make sure everything is on the up and up. I will feel completely safe doing any on line purchases with you.     I came in across 42nd Street Photo by searching on pricegrabber for a new camcorder that I was interested in purchasing for my wife. 42nd St. Photo had the best price and the greatest reviews. Ive not made many online purchases, but 42nd St. Photos price and different options of accessories made it just as easy as it could be. In a jiffy I had my order placed, confirmed and shipped out right away. I received an email later on that evening with the tracking number. I encourage everyone interested in a purchasing a new digital camera or camcorder to go to 42nd St. Photo. 5 Stars for you.

    Its the best website for everything it sells. If you want to save big bucks go to 42nd street photo. With 42nd St Photo, everything that you need to get with your camera is clearly displayed right there in front of your eyes, with the widest range of choices and excellent low low prices. I ordered my brand new digital camera with other accessories to go with it over the phone and they shipped my whole package out the same day as ordered. What surprised me the most was that the package was at my door within 48 hours. Thats what i call Super fast shipping & Superb Customer service as well! AAAA++++

    42nd street photo has the fastest shipping I have ever seen in my entire life. I ordred my camera on a tuesday and it was at my doorstep 2 days later. They must have shipped my camera the moment I ordered it. when ever i called they always had quick responses to my questions and concerns that i had regarding my purchase. The item I purchased was extremely low priced as well. I Would definitely reccomend them to everyone I know friends & family! thanks for being around 42nd street photo, looking foward to doing business in the future. John W.

    easy to find and order, plus I liked the different shipping options for shipping. I especially liked being offered USPS instead of FedX , UPS, or other shippers that deliver to your door.I had GREAT service from the man taking my order, and will order from them again, as well as tell my friends them.THANKS!!

    CALL CONSUMER AFFAIRS BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS!Seriously... Call an official agency or, at least, really scrutinze the reviews to make your own decisions about which ones can be trusted. I ordered a number of items from them, online. One didnt work, and a few were not, exactly, what I ordered. When I tried to return them, they were hostile and refused to honor their own return policy. They wouldnt take anything back, even though I was still within the refund window. While I was there someone else came in with an upcharging complaint, but they yelled at him until he left. Again, dont take my work for it. Call an official agency. YOU CANNOT TRUST THIS OUTFIT.UPDATE: after doing more research, it turns out my camera was a "grey market" item, meaning its not intended for sale in the US and, therefore, cannot be registered with the manufacturer.Also, they charged my credit card more than the the price advertised and agreed to for some items.
