    very easy to order online - great prices - I recd a special free shipping offer - plus item was less than in their catalog and online search engine ! I love the idea of toll free product support for as long as I own the item! 30 day moneyback guarantee too! Did not use the "go to " person that they advertise - but that is a great idea - especially for techie stuff!

    Crutchfield was an easy site to check things out and I like the fact that they offer help on items if you need it! Also, I found that their prices are cheaper than many other places!!

    I was able to find the receiver for a much lower price, but after you add up the cost and time it takes to locate the Crutchfield included mounting kit, wires, etc. it evens things out. However, by ordering the receiver with the HD Radio package it was a no brainer! Crutchfield...hands down.
