    I ordered a digital picture frame through Crutchfields Amazon marketplace. Due to confusion on my part, I accidentally ordered a frame that was 800x438 instead of the 800x600 frame that I intended to order. When the frame arrived, I discovered the mistake and contacted Crutchfield to arrange for a return. Customer service immediately approved the RMA and emailed a prepaid UPS label as part of their free returns program. Thats the kind of customer service that differentiates e-tailers and makes me come back for other purchases.

    Ive been dealing with Crutchfield for over 10 years and they never have let me down due to availabilty or product performance. Their web page is easy to navigate and it supplies you with all the information you need to place and have your order shipped including some fine features such as free shipping. It asks you if you require accessories with your product and makes valid suggestions and never have I been left needing when my product arrived and it always arrives on time if not before I expected it. I am a devoted customer because they have earned my business.

    Once again, Crutchfield sets the standard for stereo info, selection, prices and, most especially, customer support. Their suport during the install was also excellent. My system was installed and running with minimal problems. Great Job!!!
