    Ease of order and speed were good. Packing could have been better - I ordered lighting stands and the package was torn on one end. I was happy with the quality of the merchandise however and nothing was damaged.

    Ordered on wednesday and paid for 3 day shipping. They definitely need to redefine their speed of service. For such a large store, their customer service lacks manners a few minutes into a conversation. I gave them 1/5 stars because of the delivery service their company relies on and their speed of service. I ordered and paid for 3 day shipping on 8/20/08 at 2PM and the item DID NOT come in until 8/27/08. SEVEN DAYS!I asked for a shipping refund and it was never given to me by Adorama or UPS. UPS never knocked on my door on the day it was delivered, instead it came a day late- without a refund offer of any sort. i missed a photoshoot because said product was not available on the day it was supposed to arrive.***IF YOURE GOING TO ORDER FROM ADORAMA- DO NOT PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING!
