    Adorama is one of the best camera dealers in New York. What distinguishes Adorama from the rest is not just the huge line of photographic products they carry but also their excellent customer service and fast shipping. I have been an Adorama customer for a few years now and my experience with them has always been excellent. I will always do business with them.

    Adorama Camera is the best. Honest, Efficient, Helpful, knowledgeable, LEGITIMATE! ADORAMA camera is an ABSOLUTELY reliable retailer of photographic equipment. They are very good to work with on all levels. I have made numerous purchases, all with excellent service. Thank heaven for places like Adorama as a great place to do business. There are some real jerks out there in internet camera sales operating under many different names and who pepper ratings so they look good. Adorama is a refreshing way to feel like youve gotten an honest value for your money.

    Had to return the camera fro a stuck megapixel problem. The process was easy and I had a new camera within 6 days of them receiving the defective one. They even emeiled me the return shipping label. I have and still will recommend Adorama to my friends and family

    Adorama now has a policy that prohibits the customer from arranging to pick up their package (because theyre afraid someone might somehow know Im expecting to receive a camera and somehow happen to know my tracking # and somehow also happen to have an ID with my name and address on it and also happen to somehow look like me). When I tried to contact Adorama about this, I found their Customer Service was CLOSED for nearly TWO WEEKS with no prior notice to me at the time of ordering. So, since I have to go to work every day, I was not at home to receive the package, and it was sent back to Adorama. I had to go to my local store and buy the camera which I should have done in the first place. I have bought many things from Adorama in the past but this is just beyond belief. NEVER in my life has a seller specifically prohibited me from picking up my package. I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my next purchase.
