Ordered an Nikon DSLR, got a call the next day for confirmation and regarding additional batteries + warranty plans. Although the sales was a bit pushy about these things, the service was prompt and the order camera arrived fast and without any problems. will buy from again.

I read the shipping policy and said I would be able to choose via a drop menu at checkout. It did not allow me to do this. It displayed a fixed $29.99 shipping instead. I was not happy.

I ordered a Sony projector from US1Camera based upon their reviews being mainly favorable. The projector was listed in stock and I ordered expedited shipping. It took almost three weeks for me to receive the projector and every time I called I was told it was going to ship the next day. I had other vendors that were within $20 of their price who I had great experiences with and regret that I tried US1camera. I will not purchase from them again.

Scammers! Dont believe a word they tell you. If their price is low they will make it up by selling you something extra. If you dont buy the extras they wont ship your order and will give you every story in the book to hold onto your money until you finally get wise and cancel your order.

This was my second order from this company. I was very satisfied with the customer service, merchandise, and shipping. They had the best price I could find any where. Upon the confirmation phone call, good suggestions were made to add to my order, which I did. If I had not ordered at that time I would have not had the extra battery when I needed it. I did pay for 4-6 day ground shipping and had it in 3 days. I would recommend to others.
