They will not answer emails. !5 percent restocking fee. No price matching after you order, if price goes down. The worst customer service ever.

Bad experience with Datavision. First, sent wrong item model DVR-600 versus DVR-650, received the DVR-600 model on 12/6/07. Their cust. service and they said to ship it back to them and they would refund shipping costs to me. Shipped it back via USPS, 12/7/07. Sent an email to them, full explanation with tracking # same day. Got DVR-650 on 12/11/07. By 1/3/08, no refund of shipping costs. Emailed cust. service. They said be patient.Now 3/17/08, still no shipping refund.

Will have to wait and see how long it takes for shipping and if something goes wrong is it easy to get it taken care of.But other then that is has been fine.
