Datavis was prompt and responsive in shipping my HDTV. It has been a month and a half, we have no issues with the television. There is one concern though, the delivery guys left the TV ouside my apartment inspite of the request of keeping it in. They said it was their policy not to deliver inside the apt. This is something Datavis should look into. An HDTV of 46" is difficult for a single person to move into an apartment. Other than this concern there have been no other issues.

Crappy, i ordered a shell case and did not get my order tell 3 weeks later i was not informed that my case was out of stock. would not have ordered for you if i would have known it would take 3 weeks and now i will not order for yall agin

Good experience. Order processed and shipped on time. No surprises. Product arrived on time. And they had the lowest price I could find on the internet (Samsung 32" LCD TV).

You people are extremely rude and you will not even pay for shipping back your mistake! I have never dealt with a company that is so rigid and might I say I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN. I have spent just in the last 2 weeks over 3,000.00 in video equipment and had planned on ordering future items from you, because of your lack of respect and lack of professionalism I will not give you any of my future purchases. All because you will not pay for shipping back to your company! I will pay for the wrong item shipped to me! But I suggest you think twice before speaking to a customer or treating a customer the way you did me.

They take to much time to confirm my order i have to make a call to see if it was done or not and after this 2 days more i have to send another mail and then i receive a confirmation mail with the tracking number, then if you are hurry buy in another place.

I ordered the item on 5/13. On 5/16 I went to the website to check on my order, but saw only an unexplained shipping-status code. I then called to see if it had shipped and was told that it was shipping that day (5/16). Today, 5/20, I received an email notification that my order had finally shipped.

The company overcharged my by $20, and is not answering my emails. Very bad business practice. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from
