This was my WORST online shopping experience ever. It began with damaged merchandise arriving at my front door and ended with a miserable customer service experience. I urge you to read the reviews below and NOT purchase from DataVision. I was looking to save some money and made a big mistake in purchasing from this merchant. Please heed this advice and look somewhere else. I promise that you will save yourself from a painful experience.

Website stated product was "in stock" and would ship that day. 4 days later still hadnt shipped, and website continued to show "in stock". Was on hold over 20 mins. to discuss with customer service. Was told 2 different "stories" by 2 different people about the availability of my product. With all of the online competition out there, I will not make the mistake of using this company again. They cannot be trusted! Will warn my friends not to use.

I ordered the back pack and was told that a maximum of 48 hrs after my payment went through, my order would ship. My paypal payment posted on 11/30. My order did not ship until 12/12. Doesnt sound like 48hrs to me. Then is was delayed 2 more days and didnt actually start making the trip until 12/14. I finally recieved it today. 19 days after my payment posted. I e-mailed the cust serv dept twice and never ever recieved an e-mail back from them explaining my my order hadnt shipped yet.

nunca me mandaron ningun mail de confirmacion... me pusieron en espera 30 minutos en el telefono... me contestaron un mail diciendo que mi pedido habia sido entregado, mentirosos (pedi un sabado, asi que hoy lunes obviamente no me podia haber llegado), sigo sin saber cual es el status de mi orden, y obviamente en cuanto les compras te cargan a la tarjeta!! NO COMPREN EN DATAVIS!! OTRAS COMPAÑIAS!! DATAVIS ES MALISIMA, MENTIROSOS, Y GENTE CON MAL CARACTER QUE NO TE ATIENDE BIEN!! DATAVIS APESTA!(PLEASE USE GOOGLE TO TRANSLATE)

I ordered an Airport Extreme Base Station from DataVis online. Their website shows the item to be available. I called a couple of days later because I havent received any confirmation or shipping information email. The only email I received was a junk email from one of their associate companies. How shameful! The representative told me that my order was going to ship on that day for sure. Three days later I decided to call again and check. This time I was told the truth: My order was not and will not be shipped because they dont have it in their inventory. "Maybe sometime next week", the representative said. He noted that their website is not real time! I was so pissed to heat this because even storefronts are real time for Gods sake. I canceled my order on the spot!No DataVis for me ever. Learned my lesson. Deal with REAL TIME people!

I have made hundreds of purchases online, and this clearly was one of the worst. The order was placed, a confirmation email was recieved of the order. I waited 5 days with no update, tracking information, etc.... I then went to their website which has an order status link. This askes for your order number and zip code, which I provided, however the page that loads after that simply shows your name, zipcode, and a "status" code which in my case was "A". What does that mean, I have no idea because there is no legend to tell me what it means. So I call their 800 #, and after 25 minutes on hold I am told that there was a problem with my credit card... hrm... ok... fine... but why did I not get an email of this on the day the order was placed, I could have checked the credit card number, used a different credit card, or made other arrangements. They offered to take another credit card number, but I just canceled the order and will order it instead from NewEgg, I know they are good.

The major issue with datavis is after completing the order they do not send confirmation email.This is completely sucks if you close your browser after completing the payment process.Its happen to me after completing the payment i close the browser and i sure they must send me a confirmation email but its not.So i contact with their sale support email two time past week and they do not reply my both of emails.So i suggest to every one be careful from buying DataVis.Its support team totally unsatisfied.My rating for DataVis -5.

Purchase a Samsung bluetooth earpiece that was advertised to have a $30 rebate. Samsung is rejecting ALL rebates from DataVision because they werent authorized to offer the rebate. Called DataVision and their lackluster customer service didnt seem to care and put me on hold while I was still talking!

I will never buy any thing from them ,the experince was so bad ,I paid extra for my shipment of overnight 5 days later still didt get it ,custemer service was so bad too. never a gaine
