    Very long holding time on the phone - up to 25 minutes!!i called 5 times, 3 of them were very long waits.not enough product information on website

    Shipping options on site misleading, paid 50 bucks for "next day before 10 am" delivery and package came 6 days later. Missed Christmas gift because of it and it should have been delivered. When I called received bad service they didnt care and did not offer to refund whole shipping cost until i raised a stink. I cannot recommend this company!!

    First time buyer from DataVision. Though my item wasnt in stock, I did not have trouble contacting customer service and received an accurate estimate, of when it becomes available. Cirtainly would use DataVision service again.

    Stock was supposedly instock during time of purchase. An automatically generated email was sent after sale confirming the purchase.1/14/08 was date of purchase. Item was sent 1/23/08. Calls to customer service required 30 mins wait and still no answer. Email were not answered.Worst website there is. I know not to buy from these guys again.

    I got an E-mail that acknowledged the order and would be shipped after credit verification. I had paid with Paypal, instant payment should have avoided that. Holiday weekend added 3 days to delay in shipping. Actually could not be avoided.
