    I was leary of buying from a NY company as I have been burned in the past. This purchase was smooth from beginning to end.Excellent communication and the product was shipped on time.I am very satisfied with this purchase experience.

    I ordered online on 1/8/08 for expedited (1 day delv). Order was confirmed via email. Approx 1.5 hrs later "Dov" sent me an email that I needed to confirm order. I wasnt sitting around @ my computer waiting for an email that I didnt know was coming. I called the minute I read the email (@ approx 10:30pm @ night) & replied 2 the email, they were closed. Called next day 2 be sure Id still be receive shipment, spoke 2 "Dov" & he lied saying he tried to call. My # was listed 3 times in the order!

    I placed the order in the morning and received conformation that afternoon that my order had shipped! WOW!! I am suppose to receive it in two days. Outstanding service.They have a new customer.

    This will be the 3rd time I have ordered from 17th street photo. I have had very good luck with them and they are the first place I check when I need photographic equipment.

    Very good service, but one of items in package has been not shipped, athough paid for and included on invoice, hovewer supplier obliged itself to send it in next shipment.

    Everything on the site was easy to use. I was very pleased with the call back to verify my order and was very pleased with my camera. I will be shopping with 17th Street Photo in the future. I still need optional lenses and my experience with them has been very pleasant.

    Its my fault that I waited til Wednesday after 9 PM to order, but I wish the shipping dates were clearer. I was afraid to pay the $35 for 2 day air because I didnt know if I would get it on Friday 12/22, Saturday 12/23 or not til Monday 12/24. So I chose the ground option and now I wont have it for the holidays and I dont know how long ground shipping will take... but its okay. I should have ordered it Monday. I got a great price and I trust 17th Street Photo.
