    They had everything I wanted. Very good prices. Low shipping charge and prompt shipping. Delivery across country as expected. Everything packed securely and arrived in perfect order. One call to customer service before order answered my question promptly.

    I placed different otders at J&R (3 or 4 times) and every time, it took less than 1 week to receive my orders, even if I live in Canada.2 times I had to call them to add items to an already submitted order and every time, I have been able to talk to someone in less than 5 minutes.I have nothing wrong to say about them.
