    This is second time I have placed an order with J & R and very pleased with them. I did not know they sold ceramic heaters. When I put in Google Ceramic Heaters J & R was there and happy to see they had the one I wanted information on. Gene got some additional info for me that was not on the website. He got back to me in a very short time. He is very nice, polite and got my order in right away and today I see that it is on the way. Rec. order in 4 days. Had to return as product was defective. New onesent out same day I called. GREAT SERVICE !!

    Very easy to order from, found the items that I wanted and within a day items are being shipped. Great service I hope the items meet my satisfaction the way their web site does. Found them through MSN Live Search. Products were delivered as expected no problems with anything. Highly recommend to all.
