If you live outside the 50 States beware!!At first I was very happy to order from this site, as the price listed was excellent. The next day, however, I was told they could not accept my credit card, as it was "internationally issued." I live in Puerto Rico, a United States Territory (which is goverened by the same federal laws as any state) and my credit card was issued by an American bank. When I tried explaining this to them, they tersely replied that if dont live in a state, they cannot accept my credit card. Their "take it or leave it" customer service attitude left much to be desired. In the time they took to reply, though, I found a better deal at another much more welcoming website, where they understood it takes the same 42 cents to mail a letter to Puerto Rico than it does to any state.

Very happy with recent order and previous. Originally purchased several 15" LCD television sets. They have been working flawlessly for 2-3/4 years -- 24 hours a day as they are used as security camera monitors. Recently purchased an IP cam. All items are at prices much below all other prices that I can find.

I ordered a Samsung SCMX20 camcorder on 12/2/08. After an email from them confirming the order, I heard nothing and received nothing for 15 days when I called them (12/17/08). I was told they do not have the camcorder and they never will. Just like that! they did not bother to send me an email notifying me! I had to call them! I agreed to purchase another camcorder from them but asked to upgrade the shipping to compensate for their delay, they refused !!I never experienced such poor service, I dont believe Pricegrabber should list them anymore!!!

I bought a Samsung Home Theater system surround sound 5.1 from RefurbDepot.com. They sent me the wrong speaker wires and after many phone calls and time wasted, they directed me to a Samsung number because these wires are only sold by Samsung or J&J international at a cost of $49.00 for the wires which makes the product (Home theater 5.1 with DVD )more expensive than what I would have paid for a NEW product without the wait and the headache. Nobody wants to take responsibility for this. So the only recourse consumers have is to leave these emails and hope that people dont fall in the same trap. Trust me it is not worth the savings to buy from REFURBDEPOT. COM. You forfeit any warranty and apparently shipping errors.

They sent me cd with full instructions on how to operate and I printed out ,it had minor blemish from shipping probably but was packed excetionally well but box was scrunched a little ,the machine seems to work well so far ,havent tried to record DVD yet but will ,I expect everything to work ok but did purchase extended warrantee for 3 years ,so far everything well above my expectations and I would recomend to friends which I will.Tim

NO PROBLEMS NAVIGATING SITE. GREAT EXPLINATIONS OF ITEMS. PRICES ARE GREAT, HARD TO DECIDE WHICH TOM TOM TO BUY. THIS SITE IS IN MY FAVORITES.
