    PCnation was the cheapest by far and with free shipping to boot. Ordered on a Thursday and recieved it on Monday. Excellent service and I would reccommend pcnation to all my family and friends.

    I shopped for four Buffalo Tech products over four different onlinevendors sites. Most advertised free shipping but at checkout I gothit with shipping charges because I live in Alaska. PC Nation wasthe only vendor that kept its word on free shipping. Their priceswere very competive and with free shipping it gave a clear marginfor delivered price in its favor. PC Nation had a great websiteand was the best online shopping experience of the four that Buffalo linked me to for their products. Also PC Nation was the only vendor to all four Buffalo products I wanted in stock. I will be a repeat customer!

    Great price, no tax, free shipping, easy check out. My only complaint is I didnt know about you sooner! the day after I ordered I received a notice to contact the merchants authorization dept. I was concerned there was a problem, instead they were just confirming that my billing address and shipping address were supposed to different, and they made it very quick and easy to confirm that it was me, and that the addresses were supposed to be different, that it was someone using my info. I appreciated the through, yet low profile extra security.

    Great prices; easy ordering; prompt shipping. This is my second order. My contact with customer service regarding my first order was a positive one.Not a big deal but tracking information was never available online even though it was implied that orders can be tracked.

    So far ... so good with PC Nation ... this is our 3rd attempt to order this Camcorder through a dealer listed on pricegrabber ... 1st one ... other were not succesful .. hopefully the third time will be the charm ... ***This was my initial reaction ... when I ordered the camcorder the site said it was instock and to expect it by Sept. 9 ... when I tracked it ... the site said it was on backorder ... my husband called the next day ... a sales rep. said it was on its way ... e-mailed about it ... apologized for the misinformation ... said it was back ordered ... expect about 1-2 weeks delay ... my husband called ... another rep said the same as what I received in the e-mail ... so were still here waiting for the product ... people seemed polite enough when we dealt with them ... its just that the initial information was incorrect and kept us from going to a store and purchasing a camcorder before my husband left for a trip ...
