It was deceiving that at the end of the order process, The merchant came with an additional $20 shipping charge for Sales Taxes. In addition as I have a Corporation, there should not be any sales taxes.

Adding additional $20 on my shipping charges was a pure BS. Unbelievable, but I was too lazy to cancel this order. I am not coming back though, that is for sure.Thanks for the survey! Gave me an ability to vent.

I would not recommend this company. They offer free 3-day shipping with some purchases (which is one of the reasons I chose them), but they require a signature IN PERSON for receipt of the package, which was not readily apparent on their website. So you either have to be home or drive to the FedEx location to pick up the package yourself. After six days of waiting, I called to ask that they remove the "In-person" signature requirement and just let me sign the form left by the Fed-Ex guy. They refused, and said that I should have it shipped somewhere else. I will never order from them again.

Order was shipped the same day I ordered. Free three day shipping took seven days but that was the fault of the carrier, not PC Nation.
