    NEWEGG ROCKS 99 PERCENT OF THE TIME. YOU DID HAVE A SMALL GLITCH WHERE YOU STARTED SPIDDING THROUGH dhl OR SOMEONE LIKE THAT . I WAS GETTING MY PACKAGE FROM DHL THEN THEY WOULD GIVE IT TO US MAIL 5 OR 6 DAYS TOTAL HELLO FED X IS AND WAS THE BOMB FOR NEWEGG. JUST WANT YOU TO KNOW IVE DONE 90 PERCENT OF MY SHOPPING AT NEWEGG THIS YEAR SO FAR, THANKS AND YOU WILL CONTINUE TO GET MY BUSSINESS. THANK YOU

    so far so good but odd that they wanted the cc issuer phone number. if i could have found the item somewhere else, i dont think i would have bought from newegg because of this.

    Hesitant regarding return policy but havent had trouble so far.Printer arrived in good condition within 1 week. Had difficulity setting up the printer for use but was able to using only the supplied software. Havent yet tried the fax.
