    Five days after shipping, I still cannot get a confirmation email or a tracking number. I have written three emails to their customer service dept.; their online "chat" dept. has extremely limited hours which do not match my work hours. It is no longer possible to phone New Egg with any questions. Three emails to NewEggs Customer Service Dept. go unanswered. after many successful years and orders with NewEgg, I figure they must be going out of business with everyone else as it is now impossible to reach them or get a return response from customer service. I have no idea if my item will arrive or when. something is rotten.
