    My first order from BuyDig. They were rated highly on resellerratings.com, and I see they are owned by Beach, who I have had pleasant experiences with. I got exactly what I ordered exactly when they said I would receive it.

    I made a purchase of an "instock item" that was suppose to be shipped within 1-2 days. After 5 days I sent an e-mail asking why my purchase hadnt been shipped and was told it would be shipped in 1-3 days. After 3 more days I was informed the "Merchandise is currently not available to us from the manufacturer". Money was refunded promptly.
