    Website easy to navigate. Best prices I could find on some items, not quite as good on others. Still much better than retail!

    Best price found. The only "really big" disapointment was the carying case for the camera. I would have thought spending this amount of money I would have receive a MUCH better quality carrying case for my camera and the professional lenses I purchased.

    I talked with Steve today order a Cannon SD790is digital, Steve was very polite, answered my questions , helped me a lot didnt hurry me or try to sell me. Steve keep up the good work. I had to call back this evening I made a mistake and again Steve is excellent. Steve I love my camera havent used the camera a lot but I will, took pictures inside and out side to try it out and the pictures are beautiful. Steve I am glad I ordered the wrong camera you said the camera was a good one. I called you last week and you where off , I am sorry the guy I talked to I forgot his name was very nice and polite You two are very good at what you do

    DO NOT BUY REPAIRTECH WARRANTIES FROM DBUYS. RepairTech states that Dbuys does not pay them for the warranties and they will not honor them! I am now stuck with a 50" Plasma TV that they refuse to fix after I paid DBuys for a "3 year platinum RepairTech Warranty" These two companies are unscrupulous as far as these warranties are concerned. Save your money!!

    Purchase date: 12/13/2004Sales call to close the deal pressured us to purchase a 4yr warranty that covered everything. This is not true, both Dbuys and warranty service exclude items that we need fixed. I find this unethical behavior and ask those potential buyers to verify what is "covered" by the extended warranty before purchasing.

    order process was very sumple and easy even for the first timers. Ordered sony SR11 camcorder, need to wait and see how it arrives and their service if there are any issues.
