    This company does not post info when they are closed. If you happen to order and dont know they are closed expect to wait. I ordered and found out the next day they were closed.I had issue with shipping charges, they have since been resolved and I have been taken care of by Jim at ext 512.

    Product was as described and one of the cheapest around. That said, follow up customer service was bad. Only once I created bad review did I get an acceptable conclusion of my problem. (Could not get a receipt from Merchant. Called Customer service, Sales, accounting. No one could or would help me) Another item was the follow up call before shipment "There is a problem with your order please call...." to get you to buy extended warranty, cables, etc. Overall rating average. I will pay extra for friendly, helpful customer service.

    This is my first time to shop here. At the checkout, a highlighted area said this receiver comes with a full year warranty. Nonetheless, when I contacted their sales, I realized my product does not come with a year warranty. After talking to a responsible customer acoount manager, I understoond it was due to Yamahas policy. Dbuys.com agrees to put a note at the check-out windows to remind the Yamaha users of this situation. This is a good business conduct
