    I never expected to do my order(Sennheiser HD-650 Headphones) by 9:AM and get a confirmation , That my order was shiped by 2:PM !THE SAME DAY! So far the best buy I have made in line.Raul Gomez El Paso TX.

    No problems with order, everything worked as stated and got the bonus item as stated when a certain digital camera was purchased. May have to wait a day or so to get a tracking number after order has been confirmed shipped.

    Customer service was easy to get a hold of and the representative was pleasant. I was very surprised when my order was shipped same day and even though shipping was free, arrived the very next day (Im assuming because Im located relatively close to the warehouse). Regardless, I was very impressed and will certainly look to this store when I am looking for more audio equipment.

    Ordering was easy but I checked my shipment on Monday and it hadnt been processed yet. The shipping couldnt be started because of a phone number problem. They did not ask for any specific phone number. It was confusing.

    I was very pleased with all aspects of my buying experience; ease of placing my order, shipping, and delivery time. I could have purchased my camera for a few dollars less from other online retailers, but chose BPAV after reading the positive customer reviews. I did not want to be pressured into buying other products or services (I would have canceled my order), and BPAV simply filled my order on time without any problems. Thank you!

    Outstanding service so far. I paid for my purchase via Money order and the day BestPrice AudioVideo received my order they sent me a e-mail verification and shortly afterward they sent an e-mail notifying me that my order was on the way. The order process couldnt have been any better.My Order arrived the next day in excellent condition.I will definitely purchase from BestPrice AudioVideo again.
