The product works fine.Ordered Monday 12/3/07 and was notified on 12/04/07 that item had been shipped. So far so good, and everything was explained clearly about ordering and shipping.

BPAV offered the best deal on Canon Powershot A570IS. They were very efficient. I ordered on the Sunday following Thanksgiving and the camera arrived the next Thursday. Excellent.

I placed this order for two Canon lenses based on all the positive reviews they had, this was my first time buying with BPAV. It was a complete DISSAPOINTMENT, I received the confirmation email for my order and that was the last time I heard from them, I even tried to track my order in their site with no luck. My credit card was charged ... well the ammount was reserved ..... and one week later the ammount is back to my credit card balance, I assume they never intended to ship what I bought. Obviously I wont try to buy from them again. I will continue buying from B&H Photo.
