    I continue to order my camera gear and accessories from Adorama because they offer some of the best prices and the customer experience has been nothing but professional for me. I highly recommend Adorama as many others here do as well.

    I ordered the product on Oct 7, 08. It never arrived, and I informed all parties. Adorama sent me their return policy, but when they finally tracked down and received the package, they resent it to me again. After waiting a month, I needed the product, so bought it locally. This was not the first time they have had a miscommunication within their company. After 7 weeks, I am still waiting for them to credit my credit card for the full amount.

    Adorama has great prices, fast service and they dont call you before shipping out your order to harrass you into buying unnecessary items like some other big online camera stores. Great experience!

    Good communication. The five days shows that the store is a long way from where I live, which is not their fault. Pretty good about having items in stock.

    I would recommend this merchant to anyone and everyone. I ordered several items, including a digital SLR camera, an expensive lens, an SD card for the camera, and an ethernet card for an older dyesub photo printer. The ethernet card was backordered--not a surprise, actually, and I was notified immediately, so its not a problem. On the rest of the order, not only did I receive the correct items, in perfect condition, but I received them in 1 business day!!! This was with their default shipping, which I expected to take the 7-10 business days listed! In addition to this, they have quite reasonable prices--maybe not the lowest of the low, but really quite decent. I dont usually leave reviews for online merchants unless they are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. In this case, I think exceptionally good applies. In the future, Ill look here first for all my photo and video equipment needs!
