    I ordered a Blu-ray player 12/7 recieved it 12/10. recieved 3-4 emails to call them 12/8- 12/9. I called and they offered me HDMI cable which I declined. Then 12/10 another email offering faster shipping saying item could take 7-21 days depending large/small. recieved 12/10 satisfied

    Had contacted the sales department because I had just cancelled an order through a competing web site called Prestige Photo as they had misrepresented their Samsung TV as coming with a stand, remote and instead was just going to be a TV and it was going to take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive from Japan!. The gentleman with PowersellerNYC was very professional and allied all my fears. I\ll never stray from PriceGrabber again!!

    The salesperson was very helpful during the order and offered assistance any time I needed it during and after the sale. The warranty was purchased and I received a good price on it and an exceptional price on the VSX receiver. I would recommend this merchant to my friends as the salesman wanted to be as helpful as possible during the transaction.

    Well designed site, and great prices. Had issues with my debit card and staff was very helpful arranging alternate payment methods. Shipping seemed very fast, placed order Monday, confirmed payment Tuesday, and got call Sunday morning @ 11am from shipping company asking if they could deliver it tonight between 7pm - 9pm. Not too late for me and VERY excited about 5 days to recieve it (and on free shipping no less!!!) Only problem is the guy never showed up, I disconnected current TV and rearranged things at 6pm to be ready and have been waiting 7pm, 8pm, 9pm, 10pm, and now 11pm and still no show, no call, etc. I tried to call the number that called me this morning back and got the number you have dialed is not in service -- so that doesnt make me feel good, and I have no idea what happened or when it will come now. Bummed no TV tonight, but will call PSNYC in the morning and hopefully will get figured out (will update later - been excellent service so far)

    Price was competitive and when I called customer service they made very good recommendations. I would definitely recommend Powerseller NYC.
