    Very easy to order and the best price hands down. I have yet to find a better price on this T.V. including delivery. Would recommend to anyone

    I received a mint condition, NEW Samsung LN52A650 for an incredible price (Black Friday special)! Everything went very smoothly. The shipping was a little slower than I would have liked for paying $250, but the delivery was professional and the product was not damaged or DOA; just dont expect a next day delivery. I didnt have a need to contact customer support for anything, but please take note that once you sign to accept your delivery, any issues have to be taken up with the products manufacturer, not SecondAct. If your product is clearly damaged upon delivery, refuse delivery before you sign the form from the delivery company. I noticed a lot of people complained about that in previous ratings, but its VERY clearly stated that way in their terms and conditions. Id highly recommend SecondAct for anyone whos not ignorant and knows how to research products and services before ordering.
