    I had already purchased the same tv elsewhere at a "National Retailer" for supposedly the lowest price. Not only where they higher, but when it came to the actual delivery day, they never showed up and no one called..Finally i called them and they said they were " out" of the tv and it would be 2-3 weeks until i would get it..I had heard about Walts from a friend, but figured they would be higher since they were a small company..Boy was i wrong! Not only were they less expensive, but they delivered, installed, and educated me on my tv the very next day!! I will be back for my Home Audio syatem very soon..

    Service was excellent throughout the process even when I called to find out the answers to some arcane questions before I purchased. After purchasing they were quick to follow up and address all my questions about setup, etc.

    If you are looking for Professional, highly knowledgeable, and real people that lesson and care about what you want and not what they just want to sell you? Than trust Walts to be the right place to purchase from. They are the best. Would I make another purchase from Walts TV and Home Theater? Absolutely! Would I recommend that a family member, friend or business associate purchase from Walts? In a heart beat. I needed info, I got it. I wanted a great price, I got it. I wanted safe and quick shipping, I got it. Is there anything else they could of done better? Absolutely NOT. Thank you Walts TV you are awesome!

    Im local but found Walts TV through nextag. Reserved price online then called and went to store for pickup. Every employee I spoke with was polite and professional. Great experience!
