    I went to a store to buy a similar monitor and they would not honor their on line price in store and then I couldnt log on with my name and password and then I sent them an email as they said they were at customer care all day seven days a week and no-one got back to me by the time their online sale ended and so I decided to find other sales and I stumbled onto your site and had absolutly no problems with ordering and was surprised that as soon as the order was placed I got a confirmation email.Hope the product is as good as your website.Thanks, Bill Black

    It was taken 30 min to buy 1 item. There was some problem with online buying system of this merchant...Some times i can understand but On the day of Black Friday...!!!!
