    I would recommend that no one deal with them. After ordering a TV I received a call from them asking to confirm the security code on my credit card, something which GOOD sites do at the time of the order. For the next 30mins they tried selling me everything: mount, HDMI cable, ups, improved shipping, 4yr warranty. After refusing all of them they tried selling me a package deal of several of these items - who does this? After ending the call, I searched all over the web for info about this company only to find terrible experience from TRUE reviews, along with hundreds of fake reviews, including hundreds on Pricegrabber and Nextag, and 60 of which were removed from ResellerRatings. Their return policy on TVs is terrible and places the TV in your hands as-is, basically meaning that you have to have bought that 4-year warranty through the company should there be a problem. I later called and canceled but not after being grilled for the reason why. Completely unprofessional.

    UNPROFESSSIONAL!!! Not ready for prime time. Bottom Line: Shabby Business 1) Insufficient website. Phone call was required to complete transaction. 2) Misspelled words in email correspondence. 3) Delays, delays, delays. 4) Ringing phones in background sounded like a boiler room operation!

    I ordered an HP DV5T laptop from ecom. On the plus side, the laptop arrived within 2 weeks, was in good condition, and was the laptop I ordered. That said, I had to call them the day after I placed my order to "provide additional payment information," but in reality they wanted to sell me upgrades, warranties, etc and their sales rep was very pushy about it. I order a lot of electronics online and I have never had an internet company require me to call them so that they could sell me extra junk.

    I have been shopping with this merchant for sometime and have been totally impressed with the quality products of my purchases. Whenever I call in to ask a question or to place an order, I am always treated with kindness and respect. My recent order was handled expeditiously and came on time. I do plan to shop with them again in the future.

    The shipping was fast except for one accessory ordered, shipped late so they bumped the shipping up to overnight for that item. They said that in doing so, that it would arrive at about the same time as the rest of the order. They did not charge me anything extra for that.

    This was an outsatanding transaction. They had awesome sale prices on selected products for the week. I got more then expected and fast as you could ever expect with lightning fast shipping. Everything was completed without hassle. I would certainly buy from this store again.
