my emails have gone unanswered or returned unopened. i am stuck with a defective unit. it was an inexpensive unit so im sure they thought it wasnt worth the trouble. it will cost more to ship back than the unit cost. still they could have told me that, or ship a replacement free (LOL)

Bought Kingston ValueRAM PC133 for Dell Diminsion L700cx. Doesnt work with Dell Dimension L700cx and Directron charges a restocking fee on the incompatible memory. Disappointed with both Kingston and Directron.

Directron is fantastic!!! I received three phone calls from the guys building my computer informing me of excessive items, or questions regarding the raid being set-up on my system... I would recommend them to anyone... ESPECIALLY anyone interested in a system custom built to your specifications!!!
