    After I ordered, Butterfly called me 2 business days later for my credit card 800 number so they could confirm that my shipping address (which differed from my billing address) was authorized. Once confirmed, they shipped immediately and product arrived quickly via ground. Product was intact and fully functional. Butterfly offered the lowest listed price for product on PriceGrabber. I will shop with Butterfly again, and I would recommend Butterfly to others.

    Many online sales reps will say anything to get the sale, mine at Butterfly Photo did everything he promised me on the phone and he didnt know me from Adam. I called after my camera order was canceled abruptly by one of Butterflys competitors (well not much competition as it turns out! and Id love to name and shame them here...). My salesmen helped save Christmas at our house by walking my camera order to picking while I held on the phone. Thats right, no waiting two days for processing. CAN YOU SAY EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, YES!!! Id like to do a commercial for these people. Thank You Butterfly and Best Regards in the New Year!PS: Butterfly also had one of the best price points for me!!

    First-time buyer from this particular online merchant; relied heavily on online merchant reviews, as I was buying expensive large-screen HDTV. Experience was even better than the reviews I read. No effort to sell me anything more than I ordered, such as up-shipping or extra insurance. They just processed my order. Order screen made excellent suggestion to clear alternate shipping address with American Express in advance. Only mild complaint -- each order stage seemed to take 2 days or more. But in the end -- I actually received a call on Sunday at noon, 7 calender days after my initial Sunday night online order, asking if I would be available to receive the delivery that day (Sunday). So my experience was great, and I certainly will use them again. Best price at the time, with no tax and no shipping charge. Doesnt get any better.

    I am extremely pleased with this merchant. I ordered a KDL-37XBR6 Sony Bravia LCD TV for $1199 and free shipping/no tax. The same TV sells at Best Buy for $1499. Product was advertised as brand new and, in fact, was. The agent called me the day after placing the order online and politely asked me if I cared to buy an extended warranty or choose express shipping for extra fees. I declined both, and he quickly thanked me for my order. My order shipped the next business day. The TV arrived 4 days after initiating the order in perfect condition. I highly recommend this merchant.

    Straightforward website with excellent pricing, followed by a prompt call to me to confirm. Courteous salesmans suggestion of 2 additional items was limited to appropriate, low priced accessories -- unlike another low price vendor who I tried first and who discovered they were "out of stock and back ordered for several months" after I declined horribly over priced ad-ons.

    This is the second time i have ordered a camera for a gift from this site...prices are comprable to Amazon and shipping is also free....last purchase shipped quickly....I will definitely order again from this site.
