    At the time of my order the BuyDig website said the TV was in stock and usually shipped 1-2 business days. I realize its the holiday season but given the information on the BuyDig site I would have expected the TV to get shipped this week. BuyDig showed the order is still processing. If Id have known the web site was wrong I would have looked somewhere else. Now today, a normal business day for most of the US, the business office is closed!

    I purchased a GPS unit from BuyDig.com, which they caution would need a signature upon delivery. What they dont say is that the signature must be given at the delivery location, or at a delivery center. Since I work days, I figured I could just pick it up at the local FedEx delivery center, after work. WRONG! The closest FedEx *Ground* delivery center was 30 MILES away from my house, and it was open only during normal business hours. Calls to buydig (in reality Beach Camera) requesting them to arrange for pickup at the local FedEx center, or at a nearby FedEx/Kinkos, were fruitless because buydig has an unalterable arrangement with FedEx that no changes can be made to shipments. FedEx said they would try for evening delivery, but the driver always came before noon. I ended up taking a day off work and driving 30 miles through rush hour traffic to retrieve the package. I buy a lot on line, but this is the most ridiculous misadventure ever! buydig is just too hard to do business with!

    Buydig is simply the best. I placed my order for a Canon Vixia HF10 on Dec 24th (Yes, Christmas Eve). I selected the free shipping since I was in no rush to get it (7-9 business days). Guess what, the Fedex man knocked my door on Dec 27th. Great Camera and excellent online shopping experience.

    Ordered on a Saturday with free 7-10 day shipping. My order was shipped on Sunday and I received it on Tuesday. Very pleased with everything, including the price.

    I have purchased from BuyDig at least six times in the past few years. I have been impressed with the quality of the merchandise, the low cost, the quick shipping, and the overall great experience. I would recommend other sites to research your purchase, but as far as the actual purchase goes when you know what you want, BuyDig is the best.

    I didnt even expect this package before Christmas, after ordering so close to te date, but they surprised me with it a couple days later (day before christmas) !!!! I was soooo surprised and thankful that I will be buying allll of my needs from them from now on! and the package was exactly what they said: brand new, everything was PERFECT!
