Tried to order a canon Rebel XTI in black 1 week ago (item was listed in stock). I received an order confirm and never anything else. Today I received a call from sales, informing me that the camera was not in stock and would I mind taking a silver, instead of black. His other "offer" was to get me the black camera from the retail store at an extra cost to me. Needless to say, I canceled my order and will never do business with this unprofessional company again.

I bought a Sony HDR SR8 camcorder online. Minutes after I was telesaled with a NP-FH70 battery and a 4-yr global warrenty. I got the shipment 2 days after, but coming with a BP-FH70 rather than NP-FH70. After some communication I got a new SONY NP-FH70 shortly replacing BP-FH70.

So far, the experience was great. Elliott was quick and helpful, and price is as advertised. He said hed try to send before the holiday this weekend. Cant comment yet on the quality of the product or the expidition of the shipping, as I just ordered a minute ago. But so far, so good! Thanks!

FANTASTIC merchant, I highly recommend them to others who want to save big bucks. I called in to place my order VIA telephone & every thing was smooth as butter. I placed my order and they shipped it the same day. WOW Thats SUPER fast. I then received my package 2 days later with UPS. I suggest you purchase from them as well, we need to support stand up businesses on the net. When you add outstanding turnaround and support, this company easily becomes the best value. A+ & two thumbs up. GREAT Service.

Highly satisfying shopping experience with 42nd Street Photo! I received my camera 2 days faster than I though I would. The ordering process was very easy, the camera was obviously new and all the supporting materials were there. The folks at 42nd Street are very friendly. Overall, great experience, Ill recommend them to my friends.
