Wasnt too sure about using Circuit City due to numerous complaints, however they had by far the best price.I placed order, received good feedback from Circuit City on progress, received video camera on time and in good condition. No problems at all!

Pre-ordered PSP Star Wars Renegade Squadron PSP Special Edition Ceramic White on Sept 3th but it was never sent. On the 9th it was in the store so had to cancel the preorder and buy it at the CC Store 10 miles away they had it before my preorder was sent. The preorder is supposed to be sent first according to CC. Messed up my sons B-day

Preordered Halo 3 on 8/18/07; it was shipped on 9/24/07. The item was released and available everywhere on 9/25/07, for the same price, and I recieved mine on 10/10/07. The problem was the shipping method used - FedEx Smart Post. When contacting customer service I was told to get back to them if I did not recieve my order in 45 days, incredible. I was also promised a Halo 3 poster with the preorder, it was not sent by Circuit City.

If I can give "0" stars instead of one I would have given...Terrible experience. I ordered (2) HP 33s Scientific Calculators (one for a friend of mine and one for myself) and received only one in the box. The packaging list clearly states (2) packed, but there was ONLY ONE inside the box. Of course my credit card has been charged for 2.Tried calling many times, but couldnt get through. Technical problem!?Avoid...Avoid...Avoid?

Price was fair and shipping was on time. I know that Circuit City has a bricks and mortar store, too, which is why they feel it necessary to charge taxes, but in my opinion this makes them less competitive with the online stores that offer the same products. The only reason I purchased from Circuit City was a 10% off coupon through AAA (www.aaa.com/save I believe). Overall a good experience and I would buy from them again, if the price was right.

I purchased a Car stereo and an IPOD was suppose to be in the same box the IPOD wasnt there @ $332.49 was accused of being a theif in a round about way. This store is totally anti-military. This store should be put off limits to all military personel. I will never make another purchase there the BBB is trying to be some help but they have no power over these people.

Order Number: 4419-1590501, Kensington Si670m bluetooth Wireless Notebook Mouse(72271US). 24 minutes/$24 Gift Cards from Circuit City is balony.I ordered a bluetooth mouse online and 2 hours after order email confirmation I went to CC store to pickup the item. I waited for 10 minutes for their reps to look for my order. Sadly, The item was not in stock. I did not get my mouse nor the $24 that was guaranteed. They said I waited only 10 minutes not 24 minutes. I spoke to 2 online customer sevice representatives and they said the same thing. This is their pickup guarantee advertisement "Your purchase is available for pickup within 24 minutes after you receive an order confirmation email. If it isnt ready, you get a $24 gift card." They need to change 24 minutes to 24 days guarantee. It took me 15 minutes to drive to CC and 15 minutes back home with nothing and also 20 minutes on hold. Im still mad while Im writing this feedback.

I ordered a fuji s700 for store pickup and got a lower price than in the store, $207 online, $249 in store. I also ordered a 1GB H (high speed) xD card and a card reader. I went to customer service about an hour later and other than the bored teenager who barely registered my presence it was a very efficient transaction. Everything was exactly as ordered and worked perfectly.
