    I inadvertently ordered a Nikon lens and should have ordered a Tamron lens with the features that I wanted. It wasnt until after I received the lens that I realized my error. I called Adoramas customer service and was told to return it and it would be replaced. Simple - quick - and without a hassle.This is the second lens that I have purchased as well as the second camera and many accessories. Adorama will continue to be my camera supplier of choice.I would, without hesitation, recommend using Adorama.

    Ive ordered from Adorama several times and will continue to do so. They have competitive pricing and great service. They are quick to fix errors, evens ones YOU make. They are great on communication and answering questions. Although they make product suggestions, they dont try to force anything on you. They just remind you to get a protection filter for that new lens or you might want an extra battery for your camera. Their shipping prices are reasonable and all items are packed with care. I HAVE recommended them to my friends. While I would like to see them add a "sort by price" feature to their site, I have no complaints and have been very happy with my service from them.

    I noticed the 5 star rating says "One of the best" but I would say Adorama.com is ?The best?. I would recommend Adorama.com to anyone who wants to find a good price and service. I have ordered from Adorama.com almost exclusively over the past 2 years, and have never had any problems with them.

    I have always been incredibly satisfied with purchases from Adorama. In this case I was stunned that the ball head I ordered on a Monday with free shipping, was delivered by UPS on Wednesday (I live in South Carolina). I am very happy with the ball head, and would (and have) recommend Adorama to anyone interested in top quality service.

    I ordered a camera on a Friday afternoon after hours. Adorama indicated the order would be filled the following Monday and would take 7-10 business days. It arrived the following Friday, only 5 days after the order was filled. The order was perfect. I have always found Adorama to be reliable and accurate.
