    Order was very easy through the phone and I got exactly what I ordered. I did not need one of the items due to some confusion regarding the accessories that did come with the camera already. However, the RMA process for the unneeded item was simple and they were very friendly.

    I placed an order for a Nikon D80 kit with the 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6G Nikon Lens, a 4GB ProfessionalSD Memory Card and two additional EN-EL3e high capacity batteriesSeveral weeks later I noticed that I was not getting any extra life out of the two additional EN-EL3e high capacity batteries. They were no different than the one that came with the D80 kit in the box. I sent an email to sales@us1photo.com and Next day they called me back.It ended up that they had shipped the wrong batteries.Instead of two 2100mAh EN-EL3e batteries they had sent me two 1500mAh EN-EL3e onesSince I had already started using the two additional batteries they couldnt take them back, yet they shipped FREE of charge one 2100mAh EN-EL3e battery and this way they matched the price that I had paid as well as the total hours of battery life that I was aiming at.I was very happy with the resolution

    I had an awesome experience with this company. A very special "thanks" to Alex! He made my day. :) I made a mistake in my order for a camera lens and needed to change it before it was shipped to me. My error was fixed within a couple of minutes and received a new invoice. I was treated like a valued customer, even though this was my first purchase through us1 photo. It wont be my last!!! I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of my new lens. Thanks again!"

    Great price for great product! I was little skeptical about the company in the beginning due to previous several experience with other New York based internet companies. Guess what! I received very good service when I called to change shipping method, and the camcorder that I ordered came few days earlier than expected. Furthermore, you cant find lower prices anywhere. Of course, there are many bogus companies that lure you in for un-real prices and tries to sell batteries, adapters at ridiculous price although they come with the camcorder. If you deny, the item you ordered become backordered. Funny, isnt it?US1Photo is very ligit company and I cant ask for more.

    I had a concern regarding the time it took for me to receive my camera. I called the service department and asked for the manager. The manager is Shawn. He took the time to respond to my concern. It was taken care of in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with the result.
